1-800-Flowers gets $342.5 million five-year credit facility

New York, Oct. 1 – 1-800-Flowers.com Inc. closed on a new $342.5 million five-year credit facility to fund its purchase of Harry & David Holdings Inc., according to a news release.

JPMorgan Chase and Wells Fargo Bank, NA led the deal.

The facility consists of a $142.5 million term loan and a $200 million revolver.

Pricing on the facility can range from Libor plus 175 basis points to 250 bps, based on leverage.

1-800-Flowers is a Carle Place, N.Y.-based multi-channel retailer of gifts for all occasions. Harry & David is a Medford, Ore.-based multi-channel specialty retailer and producer of branded premium gift-quality fruit, gourmet food products and other gifts.
