Glenhill Advisors reports 5.3% stake in 1-800 Flowers.com

Philadelphia, Jan. 2 - Glenhill Advisors, LLC reported an investment of 5.3% in 1-800 Flowers.com, Inc. as of Dec. 22, according to an SC 13G filing.

That represents a passive stake of 1,406,241 shares.

1-800 Flowers is a Carle Place, N.Y.-based florist and gift shop.
