Theolia announces conversion of 200,240 Oceane bonds in August

Madison, Wis., Sept. 10 - Theolia said that 200,240 of its convertible bonds in the Oceane structure were converted in August.

In July 2010, Theolia added a Jan. 1, 2015 put option for the bonds. The company said that the latest conversion of the Oceanes reduces the maximum putable amount by €3.1 million to €125.8 million.

Theolia is an Aix-en-Provence, France-based renewable energy producer.
