New Issue: Wisconsin HEFA offers up $125.67 million of ThedaCare revenue bonds

New York, Dec. 12 – The Wisconsin Health and Educational Facilities Authority priced $125.67 million of series 2015 revenue bonds for ThedaCare Inc., according to a pricing sheet.
The bonds (A1//AA-) were sold through BofA Merrill Lynch.
The bonds are due 2015 to 2030 with term bonds due in 2034, 2039 and 2044. The serial coupons range from 3% to 5% with yields from 0.34% to 3.19%. The 2034 bonds have a 5% coupon priced at 113.393 to yield 3.34%, and the 2039 bonds have a 4% coupon priced at par and a 5% coupon priced at 112.319 to yield 3.52%. The 2044 bonds have a 5% coupon priced at 111.696 to yield 3.59%.
Proceeds will be used to construct and equip a replacement hospital in Shawano, Wis.; to construct and equip a cancer center in Appleton, Wis.; and to construct a replacement clinic in Neenah, Wis.
