New Issue: Thaioil Treasury Center sells $565 million 3½% notes due 2049

Los Angeles, Oct. 17 – Thai Oil PCL (Thaioil) special purpose entity Thaioil Treasury Center Co. Ltd. issued $565 million of 3½% senior notes due 2049, according to a notice.

Australia and New Zealand Banking Group Ltd., BNP Paribas, Citigroup Global Markets Inc., Merrill Lynch (Singapore) Pte. Ltd., Standard Chartered Bank and Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corp. Ltd. are bookrunners for the Regulation S and Rule 144A offering.

Thai Oil is a Bangkok-based oil refiner.
