Concord, N.H., April 20 – Thai Beverage PCL (ThaiBev) has issued 8 billion baht of 1.21% three-year debentures, according to a company news release.
Bangkok Bank plc and Kasikornbank plc were arrangers of the issue.
The proceeds were used to refinance a short-term loan.
The beverage company is based in Bangkok.
