New Issue: Texas State University sells $86.78 million of revenue bonds

New York, June 14 - The Texas State University priced $86.775 million of series 2011 revenue financing system revenue bonds, said a pricing sheet.

The bonds (Aa2/AA) were sold through Barclays Capital Inc. The co-managers were Fidelity Capital Markets LLC, Jefferies & Co., Morgan Keegan & Co. Inc., Piper Jaffray & Co., Siebert Brandford Shank & Co. LLC and Wells Fargo Securities LLC.

The bonds are due 2012 to 2031 with term bonds due in 2036 and 2042. The serial coupons range from 2% to 5%. The 2036 bonds have a 5% coupon priced at 102.393. The 2042 bonds have a 5% coupon priced at 102.001.

Proceeds will be used to construct, equip, acquire, improve and renovate roads, buildings, structures and other related property at the Texas State University campuses.

The university is based in San Marcos, Texas.
