Texas Capital files $250 million shelf for debt securities, preferreds

San Diego, May 16 - Texas Capital Bancshares, Inc. filed a $250 million shelf registration in an S-3 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The registration covers senior debt securities, subordinated debt securities, convertible debt securities, common stock, preferred stock, warrants and units.
The debt securities and preferreds may be structured as convertibles.
The company plans to use the proceeds for general corporate purposes.
Texas Capital Bancshares is the Dallas-based financial holding company for Texas Capital Bank, NA.
