Texas Capital Bancshares investors report 4.98% ownership interest

Charlotte, N.C., June 15 - Texas Capital Bancshares, Inc. investors led by Malta Partners, LP and Sandler O'Neill Asset Management, LLC reported a 4.98% stake in the company following a series of buy and sell transactions between April 27 and June 8.

The transactions were reported in a schedule 13D/A filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on Monday.

Malta and its affiliates beneficially own 1,774,400 shares of the Dallas-based holding company for Texas Capital Bank.
