Malta Partners' stake in Texas Capital Bancshares slips below 5%

Charlotte, N.C., Oct. 20 - Texas Capital Bancshares, Inc. investors led by Malta Partners, LP and Sandler O'Neill Asset Management, LLC reported a 4.78% stake in the company following the sale of 349,000 shares between Sept. 12 and Sept. 18.

The shares were priced from $18.3557 to $20.2178 each, according to a schedule 13D/A filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Malta and its affiliates beneficially own 1,474,000 shares of the Dallas-based holding company for Texas Capital Bank.
