TD Bank to price capped accelerator notes on basket of three stocks

Morgantown, W.Va., Sept. 12 – Toronto-Dominion Bank plans to price 0% capped accelerator notes due Sept. 18, 2019 linked to an equally weighted basket of the common stocks of Amazon.com, Inc., Apple Inc. and Tesla Motors, Inc., according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The payout at maturity will be par plus 150% of any basket gain, subject to a maximum payout of at least $1,315 per $1,000 principal amount.

Investors will be fully exposed to any basket decline.

TD Securities (USA) LLC and BNP Paribas Securities Corp. are the agents.

The notes will price on Sept. 13.

The Cusip number is 89114QJQ2.
