New York, July 19 - Terra Nostra Resources Corp. wrapped a $6.6 million private placement.
The company sold 3.3 million units of one share and one warrant to three accredited investors.
Each warrant is exercisable at $3.00 for the first year and at $4.00 for the second year.
The offering was conducted on a non-brokered basis.
Based in Pasadena, Calif., Terra Nostra develops copper and stainless steel products in China.
