Tereos starts telephone roadshow for €300 million five-year notes

By Paul A. Harris

Portland, Ore., Oct. 13 – Tereos Finance Groupe began a telephone roadshow for a €300 million offering of five-year senior notes (expected ratings B+/B+) on Tuesday, according to a market source.

The roadshow wraps up on Thursday, and the Rule 144A and Regulation S deal is set to price thereafter.

BNP Paribas is the physical bookrunner and joint global coordinator. Natixis and Rabobank are also joint global coordinators. CIC, Commerzbank and ING are passive bookrunners.

The notes become callable after two years at par plus 50% of the coupon.

The Marckolsheim, France-based agro-industrial group plans to use the proceeds to repay upcoming loan maturities.
