Tereos roadshow of €400 million senior seven-year notes starts Thursday

By Michelle Anderson

Rochester, N.H., March 27 - Tereos will begin a roadshow for a €400 million offering of seven-year senior notes on Thursday, according to a market source.

Calyon is the bookrunner for the Rule 144A/Regulation S with no registration rights deal.

The notes will be non-callable for life.

Proceeds will be used to refinance a €300 million subordinated bridge loan.

The roadshow begins in London on Thursday and Friday, moves to Paris on April 3 and may make stops in Frankfurt, Amsterdam and Edinburgh. Pricing is set for the middle of the April 2 week.

Tereos is a Lille, France-based sugar producer.
