Charlotte, N.C., May 26 - TenneT Holding BV announced it will issue €200 million of 20-year notes in a private placement with European investors under its European medium-term note program.
The notes carry a coupon of 4.75% and are expected to be issued and settled on June 3, a company news release said.
TenneT said it will use the proceeds for general corporate purposes and to finance its capital expenditure program.
At the beginning of the year, TenneT began its European medium-term note program by issuing €1 billion of senior bonds and €500 million of subordinated (hybrid) bonds.
TenneT, based in Arnhem, the Netherlands, monitors the Dutch electricity supply.
