New Issue: Philippines’ AC Energy Finance sells $110 million 5¼% 10-year notes

New York, Feb. 12 – Philippines’ AC Energy Finance International Ltd. has issued $110 million of 5¼% 10- year notes, according to an announcement.

The Cayman Islands-domiciled financial services company is owned by Ayala Corp., a Makati City, Philippines-based conglomerate.

CLSA Ltd., HSBC, Singapore Branch and Merrill Lynch (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. were the bookrunners for the Regulation S deal.
