New York, Jan. 29 – Philippines’ AC Energy Finance International Ltd. has issued $225 million 4¾% five-year notes, according to an announcement.
The Cayman Islands-domiciled financial services company is owned by Ayala Corp.
CLSA Ltd., HSBC, Singapore Branch and Merrill Lynch (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. were the bookrunners for the Regulation S deal.
