Tenet Healthcare calls all $250 million 8% notes due 2020 at 101.333

Morgantown, W.Va., Aug. 11 – Tenet Healthcare Corp. has called for redemption all $250 million of its outstanding 8% senior notes due 2020, according to a press release.

The notes will be redeemed on Sept. 11 at 101.333 plus accrued interest to the redemption date.

Bank of New York Mellon Trust Co., NA is trustee.

Tenet is a Dallas-based owner and operator of acute care hospitals, ambulatory surgery centers, diagnostic imaging centers and related health care facilities.
