Axcan Intermediate calls remaining $37.56 million of 12¾% notes

Kansas City, Kan., April 24 - Axcan Intermediate Holdings, Inc. will redeem all $37,558,000 outstanding of its 12¾% senior notes due March 1, 2016, according to a notice.

The notes will be redeemed May 18 at 106.375.

Bank of New York Mellon is the trustee.

Axcan is a Mont-Saint-Hilaire, Quebec-based pharmaceutical company focused on the treatment of gastrointestinal disorders.
