Morgan Stanley calls $1.53 million senior floating-rate notes due 2037

Madison, Wis., April 18 - Morgan Stanley said it will redeem in full its $1.53 million of outstanding senior floating-rate notes due April 27, 2037 on April 27.

The notes (Cusip: 617446H28) will be redeemed at par plus accrued interest.
