Malaysia's Puncak Niaga holders may put 15-year notes on Nov. 18

Madison, Wis., Sept. 12 - Puncak Niaga Holdings Bhd. announced that holders of its RM 546,875,000 15-year redeemable unconvertible notes issued in November 2001 may exercise their put option for all or a portion of their notes on Nov. 18.

Holders who want the company to buy back their notes must submit a "form of notice of exercise of put option" to the company via registrar Tricor Investor Services Sdn. Bhd. by Oct. 18, according to the company announcement.

All put notes will be repurchased at par.
