Langton Securities (2010-2) buys back $1.6 billion floaters due 2054

San Diego, Aug. 19 - Langton Securities (2010-2) plc has completed an early repurchase of $1.6 billion of its class A1 asset-backed floating-rate notes due Dec. 18, 2054 (ISIN: XS0548535565), according to a company filing with the London Stock Exchange.

The notes were redeemed at par.

The issuer is a special purpose company formed under London-based Santander UK plc, a provider of personal financial services, mortgages and savings.
