Pasdec redeems portion of series 2 rainbow exchangeable bonds

Madison, Wis., June 27 - Pasdec Holdings Bhd. said that it redeemed RM 5 million of its series 2 rainbow exchangeable bonds on June 24.

The company issued RM 150 million of the exchangeable bonds with tenors of five years and seven years in 2006.

Pasdec is a property developer based in Kuantan, Pahang Darul Makmur, Malaysia.
