Houston Airport System calls portions of 2002C, 2002D-2 revenue bonds

Madison, Wis., June 15 - City of Houston Airport System said it will redeem portions of its auction-rate subordinate-lien revenue bonds, series 2002C and 2002D-2.

To be redeemed on June 27 are $2 million of $69.875 million outstanding 2002D-2 bonds due June 25, 2020, and to be redeemed on June 30 are $4 million of $94.925 million outstanding 2002C bonds due July 23, 2020.

The bonds will be redeemed at par plus accrued interest to the redemption date.

The Houston-based airport system is comprised of the George Bush Intercontinental Airport, William P. Hobby Airport and Ellington Field.
