Fulton County Development, Ga., stops Children's Healthcare bond call

Madison, Wis., June 10 - Fulton County Development Authority of Georgia rescinded the planned redemption of its variable-rate series 2008 Children's Healthcare of Atlanta, Inc. Project revenue bonds due July 1, 2042, according to a notice.

The authority originally planned to redeem $600,000 of $71.535 million outstanding bonds on July 1 at par plus accrued interest to the redemption date.

The Atlanta-based authority issues taxable and tax-exempt bonds to help finance businesses in Fulton County, Ga. Children's Healthcare is a pediatric hospital located in Atlanta.
