Bank of Georgia buys back $69.82 million 9% loan participation notes

San Diego, June 9 - JSC Bank of Georgia has repurchased $69,818,000 of its 9% loan participation notes due 2012 issued by BG Finance BV, according to an announcement.

Following the transaction, $70,114,000 of the notes remains outstanding.

In May, Bank of Georgia accepted for purchase $60,068,000 of the notes in a tender offer that ended at 11 a.m. ET on May 6.

The bank is located in Tbilisi, Georgia.
