Franklin Township School Building, Ind., defeases 2001 refunding bonds

Madison, Wis., June 8 - Franklin Township School Building Corp. in Indiana gave notice that it defeased its series 2001 first mortgage refunding bonds.

Affected are the following bonds:

• $2.09 million of 5.25% bonds due July 5, 2011;

• $2.145 million of 4.5% bonds due Jan. 5, 2012;

• $2.195 million of 4.5% bonds due July 5, 2012;

• $2.245 million of 4.5% bonds due Jan. 5, 2013;

• $2.29 million of 4.6% bonds due July 5, 2013;

• $4.745 million of 4.7% bonds due July 5, 2014;

• $4.98 million of 5% bonds due July 5, 2015;

• $5.23 million of 5% bonds due July 5, 2016;

• $5.495 million of 5% bonds due July 5, 2017;

• $5.77 million of 5% bonds due July 5, 2018;

• $6.065 million of 5% bonds due July 5, 2019; and

• $16.49 million of 5% bonds due Jan. 5, 2022.

The defeased bonds will be redeemed on July 5.

The Bank of New York Mellon Trust Co., NA is the trustee.

The corporation assists Franklin Township Community School Corp. of Marion County, Ind., in financing school facilities.
