WCA Waste calls all remaining 9¼% senior notes due 2014

San Diego, June 8 - WCA Waste Corp. intends to redeem all outstanding 9¼% senior notes due June 15, 2014, according to an announcement.

The planned redemption will not affect the current tender offer for the $150 million of 9¼% notes, which was announced May 23 and expires at 9 a.m. ET on June 21.

The redemption will occur on July 8 at a redemption price of $1,023.13 per $1,000 principal amount of notes plus accrued interest.

In the tender offer, the company is offering $1,027.00 for each $1,000 principal amount of notes plus accrued interest. The payment includes a $30.00 consent fee for each note tendered by 5 p.m. ET on June 6, the consent time.

The Bank of New York Mellon Trust Co., NA is the paying agent.

Houston-based WCA provides non-hazardous solid waste disposal services.
