Sveriges Bostadsfin to repurchase SEK 2.41 billion notes on May 19

San Diego, May 17 - Sveriges Bostadsfin plans to repurchase SEK 150 million of its SBAB Bank AB notes due June 10, 2011 (ISIN: XS0369297311) and SEK 2.26 billion of its series 511 floating-rate notes due June 10, 2011 (ISIN: XS0369297402), according to a company filing from the London Stock Exchange.

The repurchases are expected to settle May 19.

After the transaction, SEK 175 million of the SBAB Bank AB notes and SEK 140 million of the series 511 notes will remain outstanding.

The Swedish housing finance corporation is based in Stockholm.
