Denver defeases, calls $354.55 million airport system revenue bonds

Cleveland, April 14 - The City and County of Denver said it defeased its $122.06 million of 5% series 2008A3, $72.35 million of 5.25% series 2008A4 and $160.135 million of series 2000A airport system revenue refunding bonds.

The series 2008 bonds mature on Nov. 15, 2032. The series 2000A bonds mature on Nov. 15 from 2012 through 2019 and 2023. The series 2000A bonds have coupons of 5.2% to 6%.

The bonds will be redeemed on May 15 at par plus accrued interest to the redemption date.
