Morgan Stanley to redeem $2.48 million of notes on Russell 2000 at 117

Madison, Wis., April 11 - Morgan Stanley said it will redeem its $2,477,000 of outstanding 0% autocallable securities due Jan. 12, 2012 linked to the Russell 2000 index in full on April 12.

The notes (Cusip: 617482ML5) will be redeemed at 117.

The Bank of New York Mellon is the redemption agent.
