Morgan Stanley redeems $5.1 million securities on iShares MSCI Brazil

Madison, Wis., April 6 - Morgan Stanley gave notice that it redeemed its $5.1 million of outstanding contingent income autocallable securities due Dec. 24, 2012 based on the performance of the iShares MSCI Brazil index fund.

The securities (Cusip: 61759G166) were redeemed on April 4 at par.

The Bank of New York Mellon is the redemption agent.
