Clackamas County, Ore., hospital authority calls Legacy Health bonds

Madison, Wis., April 6 - The Hospital Facility Authority of Clackamas County, Ore., said it will redeem its outstanding Legacy Health System refunding revenue bonds, series 2001, in full on May 6.

The bonds will be redeemed at 101 plus accrued interest to the redemption date.

To be redeemed are the following bonds:

• $5.325 million of 5.75% bonds due May 1, 2012;

• $5.76 million of 5.75% bonds due May 1, 2013;

• $5.83 million of 5.75% bonds due May 1, 2014;

• $6.71 million of 5.75% bonds due May 1, 2015;

• $7.6 million of 5.75% bonds due May 1, 2016; and

• $82.26 million of 5.25% bonds due May 1, 2021.

The Bank of New York Mellon Trust Co., NA is the trustee.

Based in Portland, Ore., the health system operates inpatient, outpatient and specialty health care facilities. The authority has headquarters in Salem, Ore., and provides low-cost funding for charities and nonprofit organizations.
