Colorado Health to defease $19.26 million of Adventist Health bonds

Cleveland, March 22 - Colorado Health Facilities Authority said it plans to defease $19.264 million of its series 2006F Adventist Health System/Sunbelt Obligated Group hospital revenue refunding bonds.

The defeased bonds will be redeemed on Nov. 15, 2016 at par plus accrued interest to the redemption date.

U.S. Bank, NA is the agent.

The Denver-based Colorado Health Facilities Authority serves as a financing vehicle for public and nonprofit health care institutions.
