South Placer Wastewater, Calif., calls $163.18 million revenue bonds

Cleveland, March 11 - South Placer Wastewater Authority of California said it will redeem its $72.504 million of series 2008A and $90.675 million of series 2008B variable-rate demand refunding wastewater revenue bonds.

The series 2008A bonds are due Nov. 1, 2035, and the series 2008B bonds are due Nov. 1, 2027.

The bonds will be redeemed on April 7 at par, plus accrued interest to the redemption date.

Bank of New York Mellon is the redemption agent.
