Chandler to redeem $6.98 million 8¾% senior debentures due 2014

Cleveland, March 7 - Chandler (USA), Inc. announced that it will redeem its outstanding $6,979,000 of 8¾% senior debentures due 2014.

The debentures will be redeemed on April 26 at par, plus accrued interest to the redemption date.

Bank of New York Mellon Trust Co., NA is the redemption agent.

Chandler is a Chandler, Okla., insurance company.
