Memphis-Shelby County Airport Authority, Tenn., calls 1999, 2001 bonds

Madison, Wis., Feb. 11 - The Memphis-Shelby County Airport Authority of Tennessee said it will redeem its airport revenue bonds, series 1999D and 2001A, on March 14.

The bonds will be redeemed at par plus accrued interest to the redemption date.

To be redeemed are the following 1999D bonds:

• $405,000 of $1.15 million original principal amount of 5.75% bonds due March 1, 2013;

• $1.04 million of $2.96 million original principal amount of 6.25% bonds due March 1, 2015;

• $2.39 million of $19.77 million original principal amount of 6.25% bonds due March 1, 2017;

• $7.395 million of $21.005 million original principal amount of 6.25% bonds due March 1, 2018;

• $7.855 million of $22.32 million original principal amount of 6% bonds due March 1, 2019;

• $37.945 million of $133.35 million original principal amount of 6% bonds due March 1, 2024; and

• $3.055 million of $31.66 million original principal amount of 6.125% bonds due March 1, 2025.

To be redeemed are the following 2001A bonds:

• $3.385 million of 5.5% bonds due March 1, 2012;

• $850,000 of 4.75% bonds due March 1, 2012;

• $4.94 million of 5.5% bonds due March 1, 2013;

• $5.21 million of 5.5% bonds due March 1, 2014;

• $5.495 million of 5.5% bonds due March 1, 2015;

• $5.8 million of 5.5% bonds due March 1, 2016;

• $6.115 million of 5.5% bonds due March 1, 2017; and

• $6.455 million of 5.5% bonds due March 1, 2018.
