New York State Energy wins bid on $65 million auction-rate bonds

Kansas City, Kan., Dec. 6 - The New York State Energy Research and Development Authority said it made the winning bid on its $65 million principal amount of 2005 series pollution control revenue bonds in a Nov. 25 auction, according to a notice from the company.
The authority bid $25,000 at 0.14%.
The bonds were priced through the New York State Electric & Gas Corp.
New York State Electric is a utility based in Binghampton, N.Y.
