Classic Finance buys back all $258.35 million of class B notes

Kansas City, Kan., Dec. 2 - Classic Finance BV said it repurchased all $258,345,000 outstanding of its series 2009-1B class B notes due July 11, 2045.

The notes were repurchased on Dec. 1.

Classic Finance is a Dutch special-purpose company.
