Toreador extends offer for holders to put 5% convertible senior notes

Knoxville, Tenn., Sept. 14 - Toreador Resources Corp. said it has extended the expiration time for holders to exercise their put option in regards to the company's 5% convertible senior notes due 2025. The offer was announced Sept. 2.

The put option will now expire at midnight ET on Sept. 30, extended from 5 p.m. ET on Sept. 30.

The Bank of New York Mellon (212 815-2742) is the paying agent.

Toreador Resources is an independent oil company based in Paris.
