Knoxville, Tenn., Aug. 31 - Radio One, Inc. said it again extended the exchange offer and consent solicitation for its 8 7/8% senior subordinated notes due 2011 and its 6 3/8% senior subordinated notes due 2013.

The offer will now end at 5 p.m. ET on Sept. 15 instead of on Aug. 30. It had been pushed back from Aug. 13, which originally was extended from July 31.

The company said it still has not satisfied the conditions needed to complete the exchange offer.

The company is offering new 11%/12% senior grid notes due 2017 in the exchange.
