Cornell to redeem all $112 million 10¾% senior notes due 2012

Madison, Wis., Aug. 25 - Cornell Cos., Inc. gave notice that it will redeem all $112 million of its outstanding 10¾% senior notes due 2012 on Sept. 13.

The notes will be redeemed at par plus accrued interest up to the redemption date.

The Bank of New York Mellon Trust Co., NA is the trustee.

Houston-based Cornell provides correction, detention, education, rehabilitation and treatment services for adults and juveniles.
