Esterline to redeem any 7¾% notes due 2013 not tendered in offer

Knoxville, Tenn., Aug. 10 - Esterline Corp. said it will redeem all of its 7¾% senior subordinated notes due 2013 that remain outstanding on Sept. 9.

The company said Aug. 3 that it had received tenders and consents for $157.61 million, or 90%, of the $175 million in notes as of 5 p.m. ET on July 30. A tender offer and consent solicitation for the notes began July 19 and will expire at 8 a.m. ET on Aug. 16.

The Bank of New York Mellon Trust Co. NA (800 254-2826) is the trustee.

Bellevue, Wash.-based Esterline supplies products to the aerospace and defense industry in three areas: avionics and controls, sensors and systems, and advanced materials.
