Fannie Mae calls medium-term notes totaling $942.94 million at par

Madison, Wis., Aug. 3 - Fannie Mae announced that it will redeem a total of $942.94 million of its medium-term notes.

Fannie Mae said in a news release that the redemption price will be the principal amount plus accrued interest up to the redemption date.

Affected are the following securities, all to be redeemed Aug. 13:

• $21,716,000 of 4.75% notes due Jan. 28, 2028;

• $30,591,000 of 4.75% notes due Feb. 11, 2028;

• $9,162,000 of 4.5% notes due March 27, 2028;

• $12,437,000 of 5% notes due April 10, 2028;

• $24,038,000 of 5% notes due July 2, 2025;

• $25 million of 5.25% notes due July 21, 2028;

• $65 million of 5.25% notes due June 9, 2028;

• $15 million of 5% notes due Feb. 13, 2023;

• $55 million of 5.25% notes due Feb. 13, 2023;

• $50 million of 4% notes due Feb. 13, 2024;

• $100 million of 4.55% notes due Feb. 13, 2024;

• $10 million of 3% notes due Feb. 13, 2017;

• $50 million of 4.25% notes due Aug. 13, 2012;

• $50 million of 3.25% notes due Aug. 13, 2014;

• $35 million of 3.25% notes due Aug. 13, 2014;

• $100 million of 4% notes due May 13, 2024;

• $50 million of 4% notes due May 13, 2024;

• $100 million of 3% notes due Nov. 13, 2024;

• $25 million of 4.75% notes due Nov. 13, 2024;

• $40 million of 4% notes due Nov. 13, 2019; and

• $75 million of 3.25% notes due Nov. 13, 2019.
