Chester County, Pa., to redeem $176.86 million Jefferson Health bonds

Milwaukee, June 30 - The Chester County Health and Education Facilities Authority of Pennsylvania said it will redeem in full $176.86 million of its Jefferson Health System revenue bonds series 1997B.

The bonds will be redeemed on July 29 at par plus accrued interest up to the redemption date.

To be redeemed are the following bonds:

• $2.34 million of 5% bonds due May 15, 2011;

• $2.455 million of 5% bonds due May 15, 2012;

• $17.595 million of 5.125% bonds due May 15, 2018;

• $59.895 million of 5.25% bonds due May 15, 2022; and

• $94.575 million of 5.375% bonds due May 15, 2027.

U.S. Bank NA is the trustee.
