Massachusetts Health & Education calls some Partners HealthCare bonds

Milwaukee, June 2 - The Massachusetts Health and Educational Facilities Authority said it will redeem portions of its Partners HealthCare System variable-rate demand revenue bonds, 2003 series D-3 and D-4 and 2005 series F-3 and F-4.

The bonds will be redeemed on July 1 at par plus accrued interest up to the redemption date.

To be redeemed are the following bonds:

• $370,000 of D-3 bonds due July 1, 2038;

• $245,000 of D-4 bonds due July 1, 2038;

• $1.5 million of F-3 bonds due July 1, 2040; and

• $1.5 million of F-4 bonds due July 1, 2040.
