South Dakota to redeem $950,000 in 2008A variable-rate revenue bonds

Knoxville, Tenn., May 27 - The South Dakota Health & Educational Facilities Authority said it will redeem $950,000 of its $139.21 million in series 2008A variable-rate demand revenue bonds due July 1, 2038 on July 1.

The authority will redeem $495,000 of its $71.85 million in R.1 bonds and $495,000 of its $66.48 million in R.2 bonds.

The authority is based in Pierre, S.D. It was created in 1972 to enhance the health and education of citizens of the State of South Dakota by providing health care, educational and other non-profit institutions access to low-cost capital.
