Fannie Mae calls medium-term notes totaling over $1.65 billion at par

Milwaukee, May 7 - Fannie Mae announced that it will redeem a total of more than $1.65 billion of its medium-term notes.

Fannie Mae said in a news release that the redemption price will be the principal amount plus accrued interest up to the redemption date.

Affected are the following securities:

• $75 million of 5.7% notes due Nov. 19, 2024, to be redeemed May 19;

• $23 million of 4.25% notes due May 19, 2014, to be redeemed May 19;

• $100 million of 1.33% notes due Nov. 18, 2011, to be redeemed May 18;

• $100 million of 2.2% notes due Nov. 19, 2012, to be redeemed May 19;

• $50 million of 2.05% notes due Nov. 19, 2012, to be redeemed May 19;

• $50 million of 3% notes due Nov. 18, 2014, to be redeemed May 18;

• $25 million of 4% notes due Nov. 18, 2016, to be redeemed May 18;

• $25 million of 3.125% notes due Nov. 18, 2014, to be redeemed May 18;

• $250 million of 2.125% notes due May 17, 2013, to be redeemed May 17;

• $215.768 million of 5.65% notes due May 17, 2022, to be redeemed May 17;

• $115 million of 5.55% notes due May 18, 2020, to be redeemed May 18; and

• $625 million of 3.5% notes due May 18, 2016, to be redeemed May 18.
