Live Nation receives consents to amend Ticketmaster's 10¾% notes

New York, April 30 - Live Nation Entertainment, Inc. said it received the necessary consents to amend the $287 million of 10¾% senior notes due 2016 of Ticketmaster Entertainment LLC and Ticketmaster Noteco, Inc.

By the deadline of 5 p.m. ET on April 30, holders had submitted consents for 99.9% of the notes, the company said.

Live Nation said it expects to enter into a supplemental indenture shortly.

Consent payments will be made once conditions are satisfied, including completion of what it called "Related Transactions."

As announced on April 22, Live Nation said it will pay a consent payment of $7.50 per $1,000 principal amount of notes for holders giving consent to proposed amendments to the note indenture.

The company was seeking consents from holders of a majority of notes.
