Municipal Electric Authority of Georgia calls combustion turbine bonds

Milwaukee, April 26 - The Municipal Electric Authority of Georgia gave notice that it will redeem $1.575 million of its variable-rate combustion turbine project revenue bonds, series 2002B, on May 10.

The bonds due 2029 will be called at par, plus accrued interest up to the redemption date.

The authority may rescind the call prior to May 10.

The Bank of New York Trust Co., NA is the trustee.

MEAG is an Atlanta-based public power provider.
